UNIVERSAL CONTACT ADHESIVE

DESCRIPTION:
Polychloroprene based contact adhesive in solvent dispersion, suitable to glue plinthes, steps, PVC floorings, textiles, linoleum, rubber, cork, etc, on both absorbent and non absorbent subfloors.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS AT 20° C:
ASPECT: very viscous liquid
COLOUR: yellow
CHEMICAL BASE: polychloroprene resins in solvent solution
DILUITION: none
APPLICATION: with spatula with very thin teeth.
CONSUMPTION: 150 grl/mq
TEMPERATURE OF USAGE: not less than 10°C
WAITING TIME:15-20 minutes
LAYING TIME: 60 minutes
DRYING TIME: 24-48 hours
CLEANING: solvent nitro or petrol as long as the glue is fresh
STORAGE:12 months in closed packagings and at temperature between +5°C and +25°C
FOR USE: indoor
FOR HEATING FLOORS: yes
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: easily flammable.
PACKAGING: buckets of 0,85 – 4,5 – 15 kg

USE:
The subfloor must be absorbent, clean and without creeks which, when present, must be previously treated. In case of dusty surfaces use PRIMER AC, NEOGRIP or ECOGRIP.
If the subfloor is not plain use ULTRADUR or LEVELFAST.
Shake the product before using.
Apply uniformly with spatula. Wait 15-20 minutes to let solvents evaporate. When the two sides are dry, press the surface to put into contact flooring and sibfloor.
It is no longer possible to move the flooring

OTHER INFORMATION:
Application and drying time are referred to temperature of +20°C and air humidity of 50%.
Store the product at room temperature before using.
Eventual welding of the floorings can be done only after 24 hours.

Before using, check security sheet.
Protect hands with gloves or specific cream.
The product and its vapours are easily flammable; keep away from flames, sparks and do not smoke.
Respect security rules.
Do not throw rests into the earth, water or drains.

TIXOTROPIC ADHESIVE IN PASTE

DESCRIPTION:
Special adhesive for polyurethane, isolating panels, ceramic tiles for floors and coverings, stucco, plaster, marble skirting boards, wood, plastic, fibrecement, textiles. Very easy to apply thanks to its tack.

CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL DATA AT 20° C:
APPEARANCE: white paste
SOLID CONTENT: 80%
DRYING TIME: 45-60 minutes; 1.5-2 hours for varnishing
CONSUMPTION: according to the use
STORAGE: 12 months at temperature hugher than. +5°C in the original packaging.
PACKAGING: cartridge of 310 ml. 24 pcs per carton.

APPLICATION:
surfaces must be clean, not dusty or greasy. Cut the cartridge ot the measure requested and apply with a spatula. Use enough product to ensure more than one grasping point. TAK 02 can be varnished with traditional paints and varnishes. At least one of the two supports must be absorbent. In case of little absorbent surfaces wait for 5-10’. Do not use below +5°C.
