CRYSTAL MULTIWALL POLYCARBONATE SHEETS B\2161\7018A

 

Polycarbonate is a technopolymer with remarkable characteristics of transparency, thermal insulation and impact resistance. The alveolar structure of the slabs optimizes all these characteristics making the product particularly suitable for civil and industrial buildings. The external side is produced with U.V. ensuring resistance to aging even after long exposure to the sun and atmospheric agents.

    Technical features:
    linear expansion: 0.065 mm / m ° C
    operating temperature: -40 ° C +120 ° C
    U.V. reaction to fire EuroClass Bs I d0
    Use: roofing, windows, greenhouses, skylights, verandas, gazebos, shelters, false ceilings.
    Drilling: the sheets can be drilled by means of standard helical bits of metal. Holes have to be distant at least40 mm from the panel's edges; the diameter of the holes must be larger than its anchoring system in order to allow the natural the expansion of the material. Consider the
    thermal expansion when istalling (0.065 mm / m ° C).
    Cutting: use an alternative jhacksaw, a band or a circular saw, with a fine-tooth blande or a cemented caebide blande.
    Handling: avoid exposure to direct sunlight and rain to prevent any excessive build-up of heat in the packaging or the formation of condensation in the cells.
